A K Real Estate

We've been at 59 B in Mahesh Vihar for a while now. Most people around Manyavaas know where we are, right near the Maharani Hotel in Mansarovar. It's a busy spot but we like it here. Running A K Real Estate isn't really about fancy meetings. It’s mostly just sitting down with neighbors and talking about what’s available in the area. We deal with houses and plots around this part of Mansarovar. Sometimes the phone rings all day and other times it's quiet enough to actually get some paperwork done. The office isn't anything special, just a place to meet and look at maps or papers. We know the streets around here pretty well since we spend all our time in them. If you’re walking past the hotel, you’ve probably seen our sign. It’s a local business through and through. We don't have a big team or anything, just a few of us making sure things move along. Dealing with property in Jaipur can be a bit of a headache with all the paperwork, but we’ve figured out how to handle the local stuff. It's just a regular office where we try to help people find a place to stay or buy without making it too complicated. We’re usually around most days if someone wants to drop by and ask about what’s selling or for rent nearby. It's just how we make our living here in Mahesh Vihar and Mansarovar.
