Our business, A H International, is located right in the heart of Adarsh Nagar. It’s a local spot where everyone kind of knows each other. We don't have a very long or fancy address because we’ve been here long enough that people just know where the office is. We deal with various international and local logistics tasks. The office is a bit old-fashioned, but it works for us. We have heaps of files and ledgers because we still like to keep track of things on paper sometimes. It feels more reliable that way. The neighborhood is usually bustling with activity, which keeps us energized. We don’t have a big corporate structure. It is usually just a couple of us handling everything from the phones to the physical paperwork. We don't spend money on shiny brochures or big ads. Most of our work comes from people who have used us before or heard about us from a friend. We take it one day at a time, making sure the shipments are moving and the customers are kept in the loop about any changes. Life in Adarsh Nagar is busy, and we just fit right into that rhythm. We aren't trying to be the biggest company out there, just a dependable one that people can talk to directly without going through a call center. It’s a simple life and we like it.
