So, 1203 Ideas Llp is tucked away in RHB Pratap Nagar, specifically at 70/167 and 168. It’s a bit of a maze back here if you aren't used to the numbering. We ended up with this space because it was what we could afford when we first got going. The name comes from a joke we had about having too many thoughts and not enough time. We spend a lot of our hours just trying to figure out the best way to handle the work on our table. It’s not always pretty. Sometimes the printer jams or we run out of coffee right when we need it most. We don't have a HR department or a marketing team. It’s just us at our desks. Pratap Nagar is a busy area, so there’s always something happening outside. We like it that way because it keeps us from getting too bored. We aren't looking to become some giant corporation. We just want to keep the lights on and do work that doesn't make us miserable. We've had some long nights here, especially when a deadline is looming. But we usually manage to get through it. We aren't perfect, and we make mistakes sometimes, but we always try to fix them. It's a practical way to live. We’re just a few people in a small office trying to make sense of things and hopefully paying the rent on time.
