Larsen & Toubro Ltd.

We are based out of the RMC plant on Airport Road, right near the G.T. Road in the Sahnewal area of Ludhiana. Since we are right at the plant, it’s a very industrial setting. There’s a lot of noise from the machinery and trucks moving in and out all day long, which you just get used to after a week. The office is just a simple building on the site where we handle the paperwork and scheduling for Larsen & Toubro Ltd. It gets pretty dusty because of all the concrete and gravel, but that’s just part of the job here. We spend our days making sure the mix is right and the deliveries are on time for the clients. It’s a no-nonsense kind of place. There are no fancy carpets or glass walls here, just sturdy desks and computers that have seen better days. We eat our lunch together in the small breakroom and talk about the latest site challenges or the cricket scores. Being near the G.T. Road is great for logistics, though the traffic can be a nightmare during peak hours. We’re a small crew managing a big operation, so everyone has to wear a few different hats and help out where they can. It’s hard work and the hours can be long, but we’re used to the grind. This Sahnewal location is where the real action happens for us, away from the shiny city offices. It’s practical, gritty, and exactly where we need to be to get things done.
