Up here in Jagtial, we have our shop in Krishna Nagar. The address is 1-3-196/2/1. It is a very straightforward place. We have been part of this neighborhood for a while now. The morning usually starts with us lugging sacks of flour and sugar from the delivery truck. Jagtial is a good place to be, and Krishna Nagar has a nice feel to it. People walk by and wave through the window while we work. We do not have a big corporate team behind us. It is just a local business where we do the baking and the cleaning ourselves. Sometimes the oven acts up, or the weather makes the dough rise slower than we would like. We do not use any scripts when we talk to people who come in. We just tell them what is fresh. Our 505327 pin code is home. We see the same faces every day, which is nice. It is not a fancy life, but we like being the ones who provide the treats for birthdays and tea time. The shop isn't perfectly polished. There might be a smudge on the glass or a pile of crates in the corner. That is just because we are actually working. We do not have a mission statement. We just want to make sure people get what they paid for. It is just us, doing our thing every single day.
