Sradha Industries

Sradha Industries is out here in Village Madhusudanpur. We are on Plot No. 40, right on the Siali-Jagatsinghpur Road. It’s a bit of a drive from the main town, but we like it here. It’s quieter, mostly. Except when the machines are running, then you can hear them all the way down the road. We have a good group of local people working with us. Most of them walk or bike from the nearby houses. It feels more like a community than just a factory. The road can get pretty muddy when it rains, making it hard for the transport vehicles to get in and out. We spend a lot of time just managing the day-to-day stuff. Checking the inventory, making sure the equipment is working, and talking to the drivers. It’s a simple setup. We don’t have a fancy reception area. If you come by, you’ll probably find us on the shop floor or in the small office nook. My uncle helped set this place up years ago. We’ve had our ups and downs, like any business in a rural area. Some days everything goes right, and other days we’re fixing a broken belt for three hours. We just take it as it comes. It’s honest work and it keeps the village busy. Jagatsinghpur is a nice place to be based, even with the long commutes and the rough roads. We just keep plugging away and keeping the machines turning over.
