Ashirwad Rice Mill

Ashirwad Rice Mill is situated at Plot No. 9 in Gulshan Market. We are very close to the Gandhi Pratima, which most people use as a landmark when they are coming to see us. The market is usually a very busy place, especially during the harvest season when there is a lot of movement. We’ve been at this plot for a good while, and the machinery keeps us pretty busy from morning till night. It’s a dusty job, and the noise of the mill is something you just get used to after a few days. We don't have a fancy front office or a reception desk; most of our work happens right there on the floor where the grain is processed. People bring their loads in and we get to work. The area around Gulshan Market has its own rhythm, and we are just one part of it. Sometimes the trucks blocking the road make things a bit difficult, but we manage. We aren't a big industrial corporation, just a local mill serving the folks around here. We keep our records in simple ledgers and focus on getting the work done right. If you go past the Gandhi Pratima and head into the market, you will find us at Plot 9. It’s a practical, hardworking environment where we don't worry about being too polished. We just focus on the rice and making sure the mill stays running.
