Sainkit Homes is based in Jagatsinghpur, specifically at Deuligrameswar in the Sanabazar area. Our plot number is 1250. It’s a bit of a distance from the main hub of Bhubaneswar, but we like it here. More peace can be found in this area, though Sanabazar has its own kind of hustle. Our focus is on building homes for people in the Khordha and Jagatsinghpur regions. The office is a modest place where we keep our architectural drawings and some samples of bricks and tiles. Because of the materials lying around, it is usually a bit dusty. We are just a local team of people who like building things. Polished speeches or corporate presentations aren't our style. If you come by, you’ll probably find us wearing boots and drinking tea. Being part of this community for years means we know most of the people on our street. The office is a bit old-fashioned, and maybe we could use some new paint on the door, but it serves its purpose. A lot of time is spent out at construction sites, so the office is often empty for a few hours in the middle of the day. We just do the work and let the houses speak for themselves. It is a good way to live, being close to the people we are building for. It makes the long days worth it. The commute might be long sometimes, but the quiet surroundings are worth it.
