We are based out of Machhagaon, which is part of the Balikuda area in Jagatsinghpur. Our office is at Kshira Mohanty’s place. It’s a quiet town compared to the big cities, but we stay busy enough. Kroof Solution Private Limited is the name on the door. People around here know us as local guys who understand how to build and fix things. We don't have a big corporate headquarters, just a practical space where we can meet and plan. The air is a bit fresher here than in Bhubaneswar. We spend a lot of time traveling to different sites across the district. Logistics can be a bit of a challenge when the roads are muddy after the rain. We just take it one day at a time. Our team is small, mostly just people from the neighborhood. We don't bother with fancy suits or polished presentations. We just show up and do the work. There’s a lot of coordination involved in what we do, from ordering cement to managing the labor. It’s hard work, but it’s what we know. Sometimes we sit outside under the trees to discuss the next project when the office gets too stuffy. It’s a simple life, and we like it that way. We keep our records in order and try to stay on schedule as best we can. It’s just about being reliable and showing up when we say we will.
