Our place is out at Plot No. 60 in Jagadhri. It’s right near the HSIIDC Manakpur area, so there are factories all around us. The road gets pretty dusty when the wind blows across the open plots. We’ve got a basic setup here. A large shed, a small office room with a couple of chairs, and not much else. It’s a practical space. We don't spend money on fancy things when the work happens on the floor anyway. Most mornings start with a quick check of what needs to go out by noon. The guys who work here are mostly from the nearby colonies. We know each other’s families and what’s going on in the village. It makes the day go by faster when you’re working with people you know. Sometimes the machines act up, and we have to spend half the day fixing them ourselves. We don't hire outside mechanics unless it's really bad. We like to handle things our own way. It’s not always perfect, and sometimes we run behind schedule, but we always finish what we started. Jagadhri is a good place for this kind of work. There’s always someone looking for help or looking to buy what we make. We just keep our heads down and do our part. Sometimes we share a meal during the break and talk about the local news. It’s a community, not just a workplace.
