Out on Ambala Road in Village Bhatoli, that’s where you’ll find J. B. Aluminium Industries (P) Ltd. It’s a bit of a drive from the main city, so things are a little more open and breezy here compared to the crowded town. We deal with aluminium, which is heavy and messy work, but someone has to do it. The factory floor is where most of the action happens every day. We’ve got machines that have been with us for a long time, and they still do the job just fine. Being in Bhatoli means we have a lot of space, which is good for storage of the raw materials. We aren't big on corporate talk or wearing suits to work. Most of us are in boots and work clothes all day long. The road can get busy with commuters, but once you step into our yard, it’s all about the metal. We’ve got a small office building on the side where the bills and files are kept. It’s usually a bit disorganized, but we get by. We’ve been part of this village landscape for years now. The locals know us as the place with the big metal stacks. We don't spend money on advertising because word of mouth in the village works just fine for us. It’s a steady life out here on Ambala Road. We just keep the production going and try to stay ahead of the orders. No frills here, just metal and hard work.
