Zivaya Spa Salon

We spend most of our time here on the ground floor of South Avenue Mall. It’s right next to the Perfect Pottery shop on Narmada Road. Usually, the mornings are quiet while we set up the towels and get the oils ready. People start walking in around noon after they do some shopping upstairs. It’s just a regular place in Gauraiyaghat where we do massages and skin stuff. We’ve been here for a bit now. The mall gets busy on weekends, so we have to move fast then. There’s always someone coming in with sore shoulders from work or just wanting a haircut. Our chairs are comfortable but getting a bit old. We keep the lights low because it feels better that way. It isn't some fancy five-star place, just a salon where we try to get things right for the folks who live around here. Sometimes the mall music gets a bit loud, but inside it’s okay. We drink a lot of tea between appointments in the back room. My cousin helps out with the front desk some days. It is a decent spot to work. We see the same faces every month, mostly people from the nearby apartments who don't want to drive too far. We just open up, do the work, and go home when the mall closes up for the night. Nothing too complicated about how we run things here.
