Vraj Ired Llp is based at 77/4 South Civil Lines in Jabalpur. It’s a solid part of town to be in, and the atmosphere around here is usually pretty quiet compared to the main market areas. The building we are in is older and has some character to it, which we like more than those brand-new offices that all look the same. We have a few rooms where we handle our business and it’s a fairly simple setup. Most days involve a lot of checking over details and making sure everything is in order. Jabalpur has its own rhythm, and working in South Civil Lines means we are close to a lot of other local offices and greenery. It is nice to be able to step outside and not be immediately overwhelmed by crowds. Inside the office, things are pretty informal. We wear comfortable clothes and mostly just talk across the desks to get things done. We don't have a receptionist or anything fancy like that; whoever is closest to the door usually just answers it. It’s a practical way to run things and it works for us. The plumbing in these older buildings can be a bit temperamental sometimes, but we manage just fine. It’s just a group of us trying to do a good job in a part of Jabalpur we know well.
