Vikrant International

Our office is called ‘Vikrant’ and we are situated on the 2nd floor of Sukheja Tower. It is a tall building and being on the second floor gives us a bit of a view of the street, though we are usually too busy to look out the window. We handle international trade and logistics from this spot. The office isn't huge, but we have enough desks for everyone. We spend most of our time on the phone or on the computer, talking to people from all over. It’s a lot of paperwork and checking schedules. Sukheja Tower is a well-known spot, so it’s easy for visitors to find us. We don't have much in the way of decoration, just files and maps on the walls. It’s a bit of a climb if the lift is acting up, which happens sometimes. We have a small corner for tea and coffee where we take breaks. Most of us have been working here for years, so we know each other's habits pretty well. It’s a steady kind of life. We deal with shipments and customs and all those details that keep things moving across borders. It might sound complicated, but to us, it’s just the daily routine. We make sure every document is where it needs to be. It’s quiet work mostly, interrupted by the sound of the printer or someone coming in to drop off a file for us to look at. We just take it one step at a time.
