Our place is at H.No. 1265, which is also known as Nagal House, located in the Wright Town area of Jabalpur. Wright Town is a busy part of the city and there is always something going on nearby. Nagal House is an old name that people around here recognize. We have a modest setup inside with a few tables pushed together. Tcadvt Venture Private Limited isn't about looking impressive to outsiders. We are more concerned with getting through the pile of work on our desks. The office has that specific smell of old paper and electronics. We have a small corner where we keep the kettle for making tea, which is pretty much the most important piece of equipment we own. Sometimes it gets a bit noisy with the traffic outside on the street, but we’ve gotten used to it over the years. We aren't a big corporation with layers of management. It’s just a few of us who have been working together for a while. We know the local shopkeepers and usually grab a snack from the vendor down the road in the afternoons. It’s a very grounded way of doing things. We don't spend our time planning for ten years from now; we just focus on making sure today goes okay. Being in Jabalpur gives us a good base, and Nagal House feels like the right place for us to stay for the foreseeable future. We just keep going.
