Sule Hospital

Sule Hospital is situated in the Rampur area of Jabalpur HO. It’s a solid building that’s seen a lot of people pass through its doors over the years. I work in the admin section mostly, surrounded by stacks of folders and ledger books that seem to grow every week. The hospital isn't one of those new glass buildings you see in the bigger cities. It’s more of a practical space with wide corridors and heavy metal doors. The parking area outside is usually a mess because people just park their bikes wherever there’s a gap. We have a small canteen nearby where the staff goes to get tea and snacks during their breaks. The atmosphere inside is usually quite serious, as you’d expect. You can hear the paging system going off every now and then. In the summer, the rooms get quite warm despite the fans. We try to keep things organized, but when it’s a busy day, things can get a bit chaotic in the lobby. The benches are made of hard wood and aren't the most comfortable for long waits. I’ve noticed a few cracks in the ceiling plaster near the entrance, but it doesn't bother anyone much. We are just a local hospital doing what needs to be done for the people in Rampur. It’s a lot of hard work and long hours, but it’s a living. We just show up and do the job as best we can.
