Singh Construction Equipments & Machinery Private Limited is located out at Plot No. 85 in the Richhai Industrial Area. The easiest way to find us is to look for the Parle G factory because we are right in front of it. You can usually smell the biscuits baking when the wind blows the right way, which is a nice change from the smell of diesel and metal. Our yard is filled with various types of construction machinery. We have a lot of space here, but it fills up quickly when we have several big projects going on at once. The ground is mostly gravel and dirt, so it gets a bit messy when the monsoon hits. We have a team of mechanics who spend their days under the machines, fixing engines or hydraulic lines. It’s noisy work with the sound of welding and grinding going on in the background. We’ve been in Richhai for years and have seen many other factories come and go. Our office is a simple brick building on one side of the plot where we handle all the paperwork and log the hours for the equipment. It’s a practical environment where the focus is on keeping the machines running so they don't sit idle. We usually have a dog or two hanging around the gate, and the security guard knows everyone by sight. It’s just a standard day-to-day operation in a busy industrial zone.
