Shri Dada Thanthanpal Stone Crushers

Our place, Shri Dada Thanthanpal Stone Crushers, is about four kilometers off the N.H.- 12A highway. You have to drive through Village Hinotia Bhoi to get to us. It is a bit of a trek, but once you get past the main post office in Barela, it is not too hard to find. Being out in the village means we have plenty of space for the crushers to run without bothering too many people. The noise is quite something when everything is turned on at once. It is a dusty job, and by the time the sun goes down, everything is covered in a fine layer of gray powder. We have been operating here for a while, and the locals in Hinotia Bhoi are used to the trucks coming and going. We don’t have a website or any of that fancy stuff. Most people just show up because they saw our sign or someone told them where we were. We spend our days watching the machines and making sure the stone is being broken down the right way. It is manual work and it can be tiring when the heat starts to pick up in the middle of the day. There is always something that needs fixing or a pile of stone that needs moving. We just take it one day at a time, keeping the equipment running and making sure the yard stays functional for the next load. It is a long way from the city but we like it.
