Setu Kirana Store

Setu Kirana Store is located out on Bhedhaghat Road in Jabalpur. We are easy to spot because the Sea World Water Park is right across from us in the Tewar area. It is a bit of a different vibe out here compared to the main city center. We get a lot of travelers passing through on their way to the marble rocks, but mostly we serve the local families living nearby. The shop is a simple building where we keep all the household essentials. I started this place because there weren't many shops right on this stretch of road for the people living here. We sell the usual grains, oils, and packaged snacks. Sometimes it gets a bit quiet during the middle of the day when the sun is high, but it picks up in the evening. I usually sit out front on a stool when it is slow. We don't have a computer for billing; we just use a notebook and a calculator. It is a slow-paced life, and we like it that way. The water park across the road brings in a lot of noise and kids during the weekends, which is good for our soda and snack sales. We are just a local family running a small business to keep things going. I hope to keep it running for a long time yet. It is what I know how to do best, I suppose. It is quiet enough for me.
