We are located at Datt Towers, specifically on the ground floor at unit number 8. It’s tucked away in Napier Town, right behind where Commercial Auto is. Being on the ground floor is nice because it stays a bit cooler in the summer. Ravindra Rathi has been running things here for a while. We aren't a big, fancy operation. It’s just a small team of us working in this space. We have a few desks and some old filing cabinets that have seen better days. But they do the job. We don’t use a lot of corporate talk here. If something is wrong, we just say it. We handle a lot of different things for people in Jabalpur. Some days it’s just answering phones and other days we are buried in paperwork. We don't have a mission statement or anything like that written on the wall. Our goal is just to finish the work we have in front of us. Sometimes we stay late when there is a lot to do, and other times we might leave a bit early if the weather is nice. We are just regular people trying to run a decent business. The location is easy enough to find once you know where Commercial Auto is. People usually just drop by without calling first, which is fine with us. We like the casual way things work around here. It feels more like a community than a business sometimes.
