Rai Medicoes

Rai Medicoes is located at Shop No 2 in Kushi Plaza. We are right on Krishna Hotel Road, right across from Bhawartal Garden in Napier Town. It is actually a nice spot because of the greenery across the street that we can see from the door. The shop is small but we pack a lot of products into it. We spend most of the day behind the glass counter waiting for customers. You can usually find us sorting through the new arrivals or checking the fridge where we keep the cold items like insulin. It is a lot of reaching for boxes on high shelves using a small stool. Being in Napier Town means we get a lot of people who are out for a walk in the garden and stop in for something they forgot. The fan in the shop makes a bit of a clicking sound, but we don't really notice it anymore after all these years. We keep a ledger for the regular accounts, and it is getting pretty thick and worn out. It is not a high-tech operation; we just use what works for us. We don't have those big neon signs, just the board outside Kushi Plaza. Sometimes we sit on the stools out front when things are slow and watch the traffic go by on Krishna Hotel Road. It is a decent place to work. We aren't trying to be the biggest in town, just a reliable shop for whoever is passing by.
