PRAVEEN MALPANI ESTATES PRIVATE LIMITED

We are located in Jabalpur, specifically at the Kotwali Ward near the Naya Mahal Main Gate on Hanumantal Road. Praveen Malpani Estates Private Limited is on the first floor of the building, so you have to walk up a narrow set of stairs to reach us. The area outside is very busy, being right by the gate and a main road. There are always street vendors and lots of people walking by. Our office has an old-fashioned feel to it, with high ceilings and some heavy wooden doors. We’ve got several desks where we keep our computers and a lot of ledgers that we still use for keeping notes. The windows look out toward the road, so we get to see all the activity of the market and the gate all day long. It can get quite loud with the honking, but we’ve mostly tuned it out by now. We usually have a pot of tea going or someone brings some in from the shop downstairs. The floor is tile and stays relatively cool even when it’s hot outside. We don’t have any big signs or flashing lights, just our name on the door. It’s a quiet place to work despite the chaos of the street below. We’ve been part of this ward for a long time and the neighborhood feels very familiar to us every day. We just take things one day at a time.
