Praveen General And Kirana Stores

Praveen General And Kirana Stores is located in Shop No.107 within the A.P.R Colony in Katanga. We are right near Little World School and not far from the T V Tower in Jabalpur. It is a good location because we get a lot of parents and teachers coming in during the day. The shop is a typical kirana store. We have big jars of sweets on the counter and bags of grains stacked in the back. It is a family-run place. I usually handle the morning shift and my brother takes over in the evening. We know the kids from the school well, as they always stop by for a chocolate or a pencil. The colony is a quiet place mostly, which we like. We don't do any big advertising. Our sign is a bit old, and the paint is peeling in some corners, but the customers don't seem to mind much. We focus on having the staples like sugar, salt, and tea leaves. If the weather is bad, we sometimes have to move the outdoor displays inside, and then it gets really tight in here. We enjoy the chats we have with the residents of A.P.R Colony. It feels more like a social gathering sometimes than a shop. We just try to be fair and keep the shelves full. It is a steady way to spend the day in Jabalpur. We take care of the shop and the shop takes care of us.
