Our place is at 89/2 in Jabalpur, right next to the Sagda Church. It’s a good spot because the church is a very easy landmark for anyone trying to find us. The building itself is quite plain, just a regular structure where we handle our fiber business. Inside, it’s a bit of a mix between a warehouse and a small office. We have piles of raw fibers and processed materials taking up most of the floor space. It’s a dusty kind of job, so nobody here wears fancy clothes. We usually have the big doors open to let the air circulate, especially when the Jabalpur weather gets hot and sticky. You can hear the sounds from the church and the street while we work. We don’t have a lot of hierarchy here. The person who answers the phone is often the same person who helps load the bags onto the transport. We spend our days checking the quality of the fibers and making sure the weights are accurate on the scales. It’s the kind of work that requires a lot of standing and moving around. We don’t have a fancy website or a big sales team. Most of our business comes from people who know where we are and what kind of work we do. It’s just a steady, everyday process of moving fibers from one point to the next. We just keep our heads down and do our part.
