Mahindra Gesco Developer'S Ltd. operates out of the 132 K.V. Substation area. We are right by the Pateri Power House, which is part of the MPSEB in Satna. Being near a power house means there is always a bit of a hum in the background, and the whole area has a very industrial feel to it. It is not the kind of place you go for a quiet walk, but it is where we do our work every day. Our address is 482001 in Madhya Pradesh, and we have been based here for quite some time now. The substation is a major landmark, so people usually don't have trouble finding where we are. Inside the office, things are pretty basic. We have our desks, some old filing cabinets, and the usual gear you need for developer work. Satna can get quite hot in the summer months, so we rely on the fans a lot while we go through our project plans. We don't really have any big corporate decorations on the walls. It is mostly just maps and schedules taped up so everyone knows what is happening. We deal with a lot of technical stuff given our location near the power infrastructure. It is a busy place with people coming and going from the substation, and we just fit into that daily routine as we manage our developer tasks.
