Madhu Kirana

Madhu Kirana is the shop I run at House No 999 on Iti Road in Jabalpur City. We are in the Madotal area, and the local police station is quite close to us. Having the police station nearby makes the area feel a bit safer when we are closing up at night. Our address falls under the 482002 pin code. This is a small family-run kirana shop where we sell daily essentials. We have been sitting in this shop for a long time. The street outside, Iti Road, can get quite dusty when the big trucks go by. I keep a cloth handy to wipe down the jars of sweets and snacks so they look okay. We stock things like salt, sugar, tea, and matches. It is the kind of place where neighbors come to buy one or two things they forgot to get at the big market in the city. The house number 999 is easy to remember. I live right here, so the shop is just an extension of my home. My wife and children often help me when I have to go out for some work. We don't have any big advertisements. People just know Madhu Kirana is here in Madotal. We try to keep things simple and helpful. Sometimes people come in just to ask for directions since we are near the police station. We don't mind helping out. It is part of being in a community. The shop stays open late most nights.
