You can find us at 817 Hathital. Kailash Devbuild (India) Pvt. Ltd. has been based here in Jabalpur for a good number of years. We are in the business of building and development, which basically means we spend our time looking at land and construction sites. The office is a bit small for all the stuff we have crammed in there. We have stacks of bricks outside sometimes and piles of files on the desks inside. It is a local operation, and we know the neighborhood quite well. We don't have a big corporate structure; if you want to talk to someone, you just walk in and ask. We deal with architects, laborers, and regular people who want to build something. It can be a messy business with all the mud and the weather delays, but we try to keep things on track. Our furniture is a bit old, and the walls have some scuff marks from moving equipment around. We don't really care about having a polished look. We just want to get the houses or buildings finished so people can use them. We have a few vehicles that we use to get around to the different sites, and they are usually covered in dust. It’s a busy, honest way to make a living, and we are glad to be doing it here in Hathital. We don't promise miracles, just a decent day's work for everyone.
