Our office is tucked away at 817 Hathital, which is part of the Kailash Group area. It’s not a huge place, but it works for what we do in the building and development line. Most of the time, the desks are covered in papers and site plans. We aren't the type to have a shiny reception area with fancy flowers. It's more about having a spot to meet and talk about where the next project is going. Hathital is a decent area, feels local and grounded. You’ll find us there most mornings, usually talking about materials or schedules. It’s a bit noisy sometimes when everyone is on the phone at once. We started out small and stayed that way in spirit, even as the projects got bigger. There's a certain way we handle things here, just plain talk and getting the work done. We don't use big words to describe what we do. If a wall needs building or a space needs fixing, that’s what we look at. Sometimes things go slow, sometimes they go fast, that’s just construction for you. The coffee isn't great, but it keeps us awake during those long afternoons. We've got a small crew who knows how things work in this part of town. It’s basically just a group of people trying to make things stand up straight. No need to make it sound like more than it is. We are just here at 817 Hathital, working on the next thing, trying to keep it all moving.
