We try to keep things moving as smoothly as we can. Our team is small, and we prefer it that way because we can actually talk to each other without needing a meeting for everything. Jabalpur is a good place to be, and Lic Colony is easy for people to reach. We don’t go for any of that polished marketing talk. If you ask us a question, we’ll give you a straight answer. It’s a practical environment. Some days are tougher than others, especially when there’s a delay in a shipment or something, but we just deal with it.
