We don't have a massive office with glass walls; it’s more of a practical workspace where engineering and marketing actually happen. It can get pretty hot in the summer here, so the fans are always going. We do a lot of work with local clients and some from further out, too. We don't believe in using big words to describe what we do. It’s just engineering work and getting products out there. Our team is small, and we’ve all been together for quite a bit. Sometimes the paperwork piles up on the desks, but we get through it. It’s a real place with real people. We don’t have a scripted way of answering the phone. If you call, you just get whoever is closest to the desk at that moment. We like it that way. It’s more honest. Being in Jabalpur gives us a good central spot to operate from. We just keep our heads down, stay busy with our projects, and try to keep things moving. There isn’t much more to it than that, really. We just try to get the engineering right and the marketing sorted without too much noise. It is a decent way to earn a living.
