Kailash Devbuild India Pvt. Ltd. is located over at No. 817/818 in the Hathital area, specifically near Ranipur Patia. We are right along the Narol-Sarkhej Highway, which makes it pretty easy for trucks and cars to get to us, though the traffic can be a real headache during rush hour. Our office is basically a hub for all the building and development projects we take on. Being on the highway means we see a lot of activity every day. It's a busy stretch of road. We’ve been operating from this spot for some time now. Inside, it’s mostly just desks covered in blueprints and stacks of paperwork. It’s not the most organized looking place, but we know where everything is. We handle a lot of the logistical side of construction from here. The heat can get pretty bad in the afternoons since we're so close to the main road, but we've got fans going. Most of our staff lives nearby or commutes along the highway. We aren't trying to be the biggest firm out there, just trying to keep our projects moving forward. If you’re driving past Ranipur Patia, you’ll likely spot our sign. We do our best to stay on top of the work. Sometimes things get delayed, as they do in this line of work, but we keep showing up. It’s just how we run things here at our Hathital location. We also have a small kitchen area where we make tea for the team in the mornings. It keeps us going through the long days.
