We are based out of 681 Hathital Colony, right along National Highway No. 8Mogar. Serpentina Reptiles And Wild Animal Handling Equipments is basically what the name says. We deal with tools and gear for people who have to move or manage snakes and other wild creatures. It is not the kind of job everyone wants to do, but someone has to provide the hooks, tongs, and bags. The workshop often smells like metal and heavy canvas. We spend a lot of time testing the strength of the equipment because you really do not want a tool failing when there is a dangerous animal on the other end. Being near the highway means there is a lot of dust and noise, but it makes it easier for trucks to pick up our crates. Sometimes people stop by just out of curiosity when they see the name on the door. We do not have a big reception area or anything like that. Usually, you will find one of us fixing a latch or checking the stitching on a rescue net. It is practical, hands-on work that requires a bit of caution. We try to keep things organized, though the heavy equipment takes up a lot of floor space. It is a specialized field, and we have learned a lot over the years about what actually works in the field versus what just looks good on paper. Most of the guys here are used to the odd hours.
