Gupta Tiffin Service

We run a tiffin service right near Janseva Clinic at Damoh Naka. Specifically, we’re at 264 Damoh Road. It’s a busy spot with plenty of people passing by all the time. We spend most of our mornings cooking and packing boxes for people who work in offices or live nearby and want home-style food. The kitchen gets pretty hot, especially in the summer months. We started this because we noticed a lot of people in the area didn't have time to cook for themselves. We use standard ingredients, the kind you’d use at home. It’s a family-run thing, so someone is always chopping vegetables or washing tiffin carriers. Our space is functional, not a restaurant where you sit down, but more of a hub for delivery. We know most of our regular customers by name. Sometimes the delivery bikes get delayed if the traffic on Damoh Road is bad, which happens often. We just try to get the food out while it’s still fresh. It’s hard work and the hours are long, starting very early in the morning. We don’t have a fancy menu, just the regular daal, sabzi, and roti that people need every day. It keeps us busy and we like the routine of it. There is always the smell of spices in the air here. We don't use much fancy equipment, just good old pots and pans that work well.
