Golchha Hospital

Golchha Hospital is situated at 56 Napier Town. We are right opposite the Bhawartal Garden. It’s actually a nice spot because of the trees across the street. We are also near Hotel Krishna, so that helps people find the turn. Napier Town is a bit more relaxed than the center of the city, but it still has its busy moments. The hospital building itself is straightforward. We have a front desk that usually has a stack of files on it. The waiting room looks out toward the garden, which is probably the best part of the view. We don't have any high-tech screens showing ads. It is just a plain room with some chairs. The staff wears blue or green scrubs and they are always walking somewhere in a hurry. You can hear the sounds of the garden sometimes if the front door stays open too long—birds and people talking. It’s a contrast to the medical sounds inside. We keep the floors clean, but they are old stone and have some stains from years of use. We don't try to be something we aren't. It’s a local hospital for the people in Napier Town. We have been across from Bhawartal Garden for a long time. It’s just a regular place where people come when they aren't feeling well. We do our best to keep things moving along without too much fuss. It is a stable part of the community.
