Fidelity Engineering

Fidelity Engineering is up on the second floor of the Madan Mahal Complex. We are in Room No 203, which isn't the biggest office, but it works for what we need. The complex is right on Shankar Nagar Main Road in the Shanker Nagar area. It is a busy road, and you can hear the traffic from the windows if they are left open. We spend most of our time at our drafting tables or looking at screens. It is mostly engineering work, which means a lot of checking and re-checking things. We don't have a big corporate office feel here. It’s more like a workshop with some computers. There are papers everywhere and maybe a few old coffee cups on the desks. We’ve been in this room for a while, and we know the other people in the building. It’s a bit of a walk up the stairs since the elevator is sometimes out of order. We don't really do much in terms of promotion. Most of our projects come to us because we’ve been in the Shanker Nagar neighborhood for so long. People know where to find us in the Madan Mahal building. We just take on the jobs as they come and try to do a decent job of it. It’s not a fancy life, but it’s what we do. We just keep the door open and stay busy with the technical stuff.
