You can find us over at 7/2 Ekta Apartment. We are on 5-Theatre Road in the Jabalpur Cantonment area. It’s a fairly quiet part of town compared to the main market. Exult Hr Services Pvt Ltd. is basically just a few of us in a flat converted into an office. It’s cozy, if you want to call it that. We have some computers and a few chairs for when people come by for interviews. The Cantonment area has its own vibe, lots of trees and older buildings. Our place is simple. We don't have a lobby or a receptionist in a suit. Usually, one of us just looks up from our desk when the door opens. The walls could probably use a new coat of paint, but it's not a priority right now. We handle HR stuff, which means lots of talking on the phone and looking at resumes. It’s a steady pace. Madhya Pradesh can get very dry and dusty, so we try to keep the windows shut. We've been here for a while and the neighbors know us. There is a small tea shop nearby where we usually go during the break. It’s not a corporate headquarters, just a local business trying to help people find jobs. It works for us.
