Dilan Food Private Limited operates out of Plot No 17, Setiya Villa, in the New Colony Chhoni area of Sadar. It’s a bit of a residential feel around here, which makes the workday feel a little more relaxed than if we were in a high-rise. Setiya Villa is a solid building and we’ve made our space there quite comfortable over the years. We spend our time managing the various aspects of the food business. It’s not all exciting work; there is a lot of counting and checking and re-checking things. We have a couple of big tables where we spread out the documents. At Dilan Food Private Limited, we don't worry too much about looking corporate. We wear comfortable clothes and focus on getting the orders right. The New Colony Chhoni neighborhood is usually quiet during the day, which helps us concentrate. Sometimes we take a walk around Sadar during our lunch break just to get some air. We’ve got a small storage area and a main office room. It’s enough for what we need. We aren't looking to expand into some giant warehouse anytime soon. We like the scale of things at Plot No 17. It’s manageable and we know exactly where everything is. It’s just a handful of us working together to keep the business moving. That’s really all there is to it. We keep things moving every single day.
