Nagarath Chowk is a landmark on its own, and we are right there on the Main Road. It’s the kind of spot where you can hear the city pulse from morning until night. Our center has been part of this street for a long time. The entrance is right off the sidewalk, so people just step in from the heat and noise of the main road. It’s a straightforward building with several floors. We do hospital work and research here, so it’s always a mix of patients and people carrying clipboards. The furniture in the lobby is pretty basic, just some sturdy benches that have been around for years. We don’t have a big marketing budget or anyone to manage a fancy website. Most people find us because they live nearby or they’ve passed the chowk a thousand times. The stairs are a bit narrow, and the lift can be slow on Mondays when it’s busy. We just manage the best we can. Sometimes the water cooler breaks or the lights flicker, but we just call the guy down the street to fix it. It’s a very local way of doing things. We don’t try to act like a big corporate chain. We are just a group of people working at Nagarath Chowk, trying to keep up with the daily rush of the main road while we wait for the evening cool to set in.
