Our office is situated right near Umpire Talkies in the Southcivilline area. It's a pretty easy place for most people to find if they already know where the theater is located. Career Grow Consultancy Services started up because we saw how many folks in the neighborhood were looking for a little bit of help with their daily work life and career paths. We're not big city consultants who wear expensive suits and ties every day. Most of the time, we're just sitting at our wooden desks with a hot cup of tea, looking through stacks of papers and talking to the people who happen to walk in. The building is an older one, so it has its own little quirks like a squeaky door and uneven floors, but it works just fine for us. We spend a lot of our time on the phone or answering emails as they come in. Southcivilline is a decent area to be based in, and being so close to the talkies makes it a good landmark for anyone coming to see us for the first time. We don't promise anything impossible or use big words just to sound smart to people. It's just us helping individuals figure out what their next step might be. Sometimes the office gets a bit crowded when several people show up at once without calling ahead. We try to talk to everyone, even if they have to wait on the plastic chairs near the entrance.
