Akshay Maternity & Nursing Home

Our nursing home is at 1064/K in the Gorakhpur area of Jabalpur. We are situated right near the Hathital railway crossing. You can often hear the trains passing by and the sound of the crossing signals. It is a maternity and nursing home, so we mostly deal with mothers and their new babies. The building is a bit older but we keep it tidy and functional. The rooms are simple with basic furniture. We have a small staff of nurses and helpers who are busy with feeding times and checking vitals. It is a very local feel here. Most of our patients come from the surrounding Gorakhpur neighborhood. We don't have a big corporate office or a marketing department. We just have a front desk where we keep our handwritten registers and some files. The atmosphere is usually a bit quieter than a general hospital, except when a new baby is crying. We spend a lot of time talking to families and making sure they have what they need for their stay. It’s an honest, small-scale operation. We focus on the day-to-day tasks of running a nursing home. The location near the railway cross makes it easy for people to find us. It’s just a regular part of the street where we’ve been doing this work for years. We usually have the main gate open during the day.
