We are located right on National Highway No. 8, not too far from Jivan Park. Most people know the spot on Ghodasar Isanpur Road. It’s a busy stretch of road and there is always noise from the traffic. We’ve been running Vip Automotive & Tyres for a good while now. The shop is pretty basic, just some lifts and rows of tyres stacked up against the walls. It gets quite dusty with the highway so close, so we spend a lot of time just wiping things down. Most of our days are spent dealing with punctures or people needing a quick look at their engine because of a weird noise. It’s not a fancy place by any means. There’s a small bench where people sit while they wait, and the tea stall nearby is where we usually get our afternoon break. We see a lot of commuters and the occasional truck driver stopping in. The floor has those old oil stains that never really come out no matter how much you scrub. It's just us here most days, getting our hands dirty and making sure things get done. Nothing complicated. Sometimes the heat gets to be a lot in the afternoons, especially when the sun hits the front of the shop. We just keep the fans going and stay busy. If you’re driving past Jivan Park, you’ll likely see the sign. It’s just a normal workshop where we do what needs doing for whoever stops by.
