Om Caterers Pure Veg is located on Sultanwind Road in Amritsar, near the Barsati Nala. If you are coming down Sultanwind, you can’t miss the area around the nala. We have been here for a while, and our focus is entirely on pure vegetarian food. The office is right there on the main road, which means it can get very loud with the traffic and the local market activity. It’s a simple setup where we keep our booking registers and menu cards. There’s no fancy interior design here; just some sturdy furniture and walls that could probably use a fresh coat of paint. We spend our days coordinating with cooks and checking on supplies. Being in Amritsar, food is a big deal, and we take the vegetarian aspect very seriously. There are no hidden ingredients or fancy talk. We just show people what we can cook and how we manage the service. Our staff is mostly made up of people from the local neighborhood who know the taste that people around here prefer. Sometimes the phone doesn't stop ringing, and other times we are just sitting there waiting for the next big order to come in. It’s a family-style environment where everyone knows each other. We don't use big marketing slogans; we just rely on the work we do every day to speak for itself. It’s a busy, noisy, and honest way to make a living. We have been doing this for years and plan to keep at it.
