Vishwas General Stores

Vishwas General Stores is located at 73, Tilak Nagar Uco Bank Road. Being near the Uco Bank makes it easy for people to find us when they are out doing their errands in Indore. Our shop is just a basic general store where we keep all the small bits and pieces people need for their homes. I usually get here early to pull up the shutters and see what needs restocking from the warehouse. The road outside can get quite loud with all the scooters and cars going toward the bank. Inside, it's mostly just me or one of the boys helping out with the heavy lifting. We have a lot of plastic bins and glass jars filled with different items. It's not the most organized place in the world, but we know where everything is. If someone asks for a specific brand of soap or a certain type of snack, we can usually find it in a few seconds. Tilak Nagar is a nice area to work in because the people are generally friendly and don't mind waiting a minute if we are busy. We don't have a website or any of those modern things; we just talk to people when they come in. The fans hum all day to keep the heat away, and we just keep going until it's time to lock up for the night.
