Vikas Poly Clinic

You can find us at number 2 Ravidas Nagar, situated right off A B Road near the Lasudia Dewas Naka area. It’s a pretty busy intersection around here with lots of trucks and traffic, so there’s always some noise and activity going on just outside our front doors. We’ve got a few different things happening inside since we’re a poly clinic. Different doctors come in at different times of the week, so the atmosphere changes quite a bit depending on which hour you visit. It’s become a bit of a local hub for health stuff in this part of Lasudia. We aren't one of those massive, shiny medical centers with glass walls and matching uniforms for everyone. It's more of a functional, lived-in space where people from the nearby houses come when they aren't feeling their best. The floors are just plain tile, the chairs in the waiting room are okay but nothing special, and we keep the lights bright so we can see what we're doing. Most of the folks who walk in are from right here in Ravidas Nagar or just across the main road. We spend a lot of time talking to our patients about their daily lives and their families while we do our work. It’s just how things go in a neighborhood place like this. Sometimes the waiting room gets really full and people have to stand for a bit, but we try to move as fast as we can without rushing the actual care. We’ve been at this spot for a long time.
