We aren't a massive corporation with lots of layers. If you call, you’ll probably just talk to one of the three or four people who are in the office that day. We try to keep things moving along, even when the logistics get complicated. Sometimes we have to stay late to talk to people in different time zones, but usually, we wrap things up around six. It’s just a small business trying to do its part in the export world. We just take things one day at a time and try not to let the small stuff bother us much.
