It’s quite close to Tower Square, which most people use as a landmark when they are trying to find us for the first time. The traffic around Bhawar Kuan can get pretty intense during rush hour, so we are used to the sound of horns. We’ve got our spot in Sindhu Nagar and it suits us just fine. The building has been here for a while and shows its age in a few spots, but it works for what we need. We don’t have a marketing team or anyone to write fancy brochures. We just handle the patients that come in from the street or the ones who have been coming here for years. It’s a busy part of town, so there’s always something happening outside. Inside, we just try to stay focused on the tasks at hand. Sometimes the waiting area gets a bit crowded, especially on Monday mornings. We just pull out extra chairs when that happens. Living and working near Tower Square means you see a lot of different people every day. It’s an interesting place to be. We keep our doors open and just get on with the day. No big speeches or polished presentations here. Just a hospital on a busy road. We do our best to keep things running smoothly for everyone. That's our usual routine.
