Vaisahli Janeral Stroe

This store is tucked away in Azad Nager Musakdi, over here in Indore. The name on the board says Vaisahli Janeral Stroe, and that’s what everyone knows us by. It is a local place for the people living nearby. We carry the usual things like snacks, pens, and household cleaners. The street outside can get quite dusty, so we spend a lot of time wiping down the jars and packets on the front counter. Indore is a busy city, but this part of town feels a bit more like a community. Usually, the kids from the nearby houses come in after school for candies or small toys. We don’t have any big computer systems here. Everything is done the old way, mostly by memory or a small notebook kept near the cash box. Sometimes we have a little chat with the neighbors while they wait for their change. It’s not a big supermarket where you get lost in the aisles. You just walk in, ask for what you want, and we get it from the shelf behind us. The light inside isn’t the brightest, especially in the evening, but we know exactly where every item is placed. Sometimes the stock comes in late because of traffic near the main market area. We just deal with it as it happens. Living and working in the 452003 area is just a quiet way to spend the day. It’s been our spot for a good while now.
