Our office is in Yashwant Plaza, which is right in the Chhoti Gwaltoli area of Indore. If you know where the railway station is, you know exactly where we are. It is one of the busiest parts of the city. There is always the sound of horns and people moving about. We are on the first floor, and the windows don't really block out the city noise, but we have gotten used to it over the years. We do a lot of work related to building and urban design. Our desks are usually covered in site plans and messy sketches. It is not the kind of place where everything is filed away perfectly. We have a small staff, and we all know each other well. Sometimes the office feels a bit cramped, especially when we have visitors. But it’s convenient being so central. We can get to almost any part of Indore quickly from here. We do not have any big mission statements or glossy brochures. We just take on projects, draw them up, and try to make sure they work for the people who will live in them. The building itself is an older one, so the elevator is a bit moody. Most of us just take the stairs. It is a straightforward place for straightforward work. We like the energy of being near the station. It reminds us that the city is always moving, and we are just trying to help shape a tiny piece of it.
