Upendra-Pandit Security & Management Services Private Limited is located at 104 in Manpasand Colony. If you know Indore, you know the Airport Road area is always moving. We are right there in the middle of it. Our office isn't anything special to look at from the outside, just a door with our name on a small board. Inside, we keep things organized the best we can, though papers sometimes pile up on the corners of the desks. The colony is usually safe and the people around here are friendly. We have our staff coming in at all hours because security work never really stops. Sometimes the tea stall down the street is the only thing open when we're finishing up late at night. We’ve been in Indore for a long time and seen how much the city has grown. It’s a lot noisier now than it used to be. The office has a ceiling fan that makes a bit of a clicking sound, but it keeps the air moving. We mostly talk about schedules and who needs to be where. It’s a lot of coordination and making sure everyone shows up on time. We don’t spend much on decorations because we’re mostly out in the field anyway. It’s just us, a couple of computers, and some chairs that have seen better days. That is how we like it, just focused on the day-to-day tasks.
