Daga Impex

At Daga Impex, we are based at No. 214 Tilak Path. A good landmark for us is the Maruti Hanuman Mandir, which is very close by. In fact, the temple is so close you can often hear the bells and the prayers throughout the day. Our place is a simple setup on a street that always has something happening. We deal with various imports and exports, so there are usually crates or boxes sitting around waiting to be moved. It’s not a large office, but it works for what we need. We spend a lot of time on the phone or checking shipping manifests. The atmosphere is pretty casual. We don’t wear suits or anything like that. Most days it’s just us and the delivery guys coming in and out. Tilak Path is a narrow road, so getting large shipments through can be a bit of a challenge sometimes, but we’ve learned how to manage it over the years. We’ve been here long enough that we know most of the shopkeepers on the block. It’s a friendly enough place, even when it’s chaotic. We don't have a big marketing department or anyone to make things look perfect. We just handle the goods and make sure the paperwork is correct. It’s honest work and it keeps us busy from morning until evening. We’re just a regular bunch of people doing business near the Hanuman Mandir.
